Mr. Kunal Sircar
Managing Director – Swafi Foods Limited
With over three decades of experience in the global tea industry, Mr. Kunal Sircar is a seasoned expert in tea tasting, blending, procurement, and export. He currently leads Swafi Foods Limited in Mombasa, Kenya, and also serves as the Managing Director of Vanij Holdings (Kenya) Ltd. His deep market insights, long-standing relationships with global buyers, and commitment to quality have been instrumental in establishing East Africa as a major tea exporting hub under his leadership.
Mr. Shouryadripta Sircar
General Manager – AFB Trading FZCO
Shouryadripta Sircar brings a blend of international education and practical experience to AFB Trading FZCO. A former finance trainee with NHS Wales and a graduate in economics and business from the UK, he now oversees operations at AFB Trading FZCO in Dubai. His work focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the global tea and coffee export market, leveraging technology, brand development, and market intelligence to support sustainable growth. He also collaborates closely with sourcing partners in East Africa and South Asia.
